Shortly before his passing, President Trump tweeted &#8220;<em>MY MOST FERVENT WISH IS THAT THE NEXT PRESIDENT-ELECT BE A REPUBLICAN\u201d<\/em>, however Twitter blocked his tweet for violating their terms of service, flagging it as misinformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Twitter employee leaked the tweet on condition of anonymity, prompting the company to come under intense scrutiny as to why they rejected the Presidents tweet. A spokesperson said <em>&#8220;unfortunately the President&#8217;s request violated our terms of service and the constitution, the American people should have a voice in the selection of the next President-elect&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile Presidential Nominee Joe Biden made a brazen and baseless claim about the authenticity of Trump&#8217;s dying wish, saying <em>&#8220;I don\u2019t know that he said that. Or was that written out by Mitch McConnell or Chuck Schumer?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mitch McConnell responded furiously to Joe Biden&#8217;s accusations, <em>&#8220;this is low, even for the Democrats. No, I didn\u2019t write the late President Trump&#8217;s dying wish to a nation he served so well, and spent the last half-decade making a more perfect union.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cBut I am going to fight like hell to make it come true. No elections before inauguration of a Republican president and completion of their first term in office.
